With an extensive knowledge and deep-rooted passion for food and wine, Co-General Manager Julianna Santo curated the Thirsty Fox & Zim’s Cafe wine list as an approachable new way to help guests explore and enjoy wine. Our goal here at the Thirsty Fox & Zim's Cafe is to make wine accessible to all guests and to create a casual atmosphere where guests can enjoy wine and food pairings. Chris and Ouita Michel founded Holly Hill Inn with wine as a key component of the menu, and are excited to bring the spirit and conviviality of good wine to downtown Lexington.
