Tickets for each week include several unique wine pours paired with small plates. Each class’ pairings will focus on a specific theme and will be accompanied with a chat about the reasoning behind these pairings.

Monday April 15, 7pm - La Vie Est Belle
We are off to France! Come learn the art of food and wine pairing the French way. We will try 3 wines that are a bit off the beaten path with some small French inspired plates. Salut!

Monday May 20, 7pm - Judgment at Zim’s
We are blind tasting this month! Come test your palettes and try 2 white and 2 reds and guess which varietals they are! We will have a yummy spread to pair, too. Let’s judge!
